I needed a break so I took the trailer up to McWilliams Campground on Mount Charleston and with my muse Gracie. I pulled out the colored pencils and created Cydog Yellow with Red Tongue. It’s part of my “Eye Full of Wonder” series. The Fall Colors were every where in campground. It was weekday in October the campground was empty and there’s no service. The Cydog characters has started to come together with the help of my muse.

I needed a break it’s been 30 days since right knee replacement. I made reservations for the trailer up at McWilliams Campground on Mount Charleston. I had Gracie as my muse. I pulled out 9″ x 12″ paper and my colored pencils and came up with Cydog Blue with Red Ball. It was weekday in October and the Fall Colors were every where in campground. The campground was empty and quiet and no service with in 10 miles. I like to having Gracie as my muse for the Cydog characters.

I can get lost in my art work, as I add layers of color, and adding depth and texture to my art.
