Yes Its time to walk away from the paint brushes. The back mountains are 3 washes of color, the middle 4 washes, the front is 5 washes. I had fun with this watercolor it’s from a photo I took last November.

I haven’t done a canvas lately. I made this one its 4’ x 2’ Masonite with a canvas rap. With 4 coats of Jeso. I did not like the bounce in big canvas. So far so good

The hand painted bells are 11”x 7 1/2” and weight 7 pounds. Im doing them as limited edition I made 35 hand made pieces of ceramic several years ago. I fired them and put them in my garden knowing I wanted to paint them but did work out everything until this spring

It looks like I am going to finish up this bell today at the Las Vegas Artists Guilds gallery I’m here from 2:00 to 9:00 today. The bell is getting better. The tree is in. The painting is based off my photos of Dead Horse state park UT.
Washing out my brushes. Getting home will be fun.

It’s a bell I weather tested the oil primer and oil paints painted on the oil primer. They hung for 6 months outside so they went from 2 inches of snow to 115 degrees and with no problems.
